escapeMdxProse

Escape MDX-unsafe characters (<, {, }) in prose text, while leaving inline code spans (`code`) and markdown links ([text](url)) untouched. MDX parses bare </{ in prose as JSX/expressions, so they must be backslash-escaped to render as literal text.
