Resolve typeof aliasName patterns where aliasName is an import alias. E.g., typeof momentInstance → typeof moment when import { moment as momentInstance }.

Import:

import { resolveTypeofAliases } from '@mnaoumov/typescript-dev-toolkit/docs-site/api-doc-jsdoc';
