app	App	The Obsidian app instance.
pluginId	string	The manifest.id of the plugin to update.
pluginName	string	The display name of the plugin, shown to the user.
pluginNoticeComponent	PluginNoticeComponent	The notice component of the plugin doing the asking, used to report the outcome.
requestingPluginName	string	The display name of the plugin doing the asking, named when the update cannot help it.
