PluginGateComponent › hasActiveWarningConflicts

Says whether any warning conflict is in force right now.

The predicate a declarative settings tab needs, and the counterpart to PluginSuggestionComponent.getSuggestedPluginState. Such a tab decides whether a row exists BEFORE it renders anything into it, so renderConflictWarningBanner writing nothing cannot answer the question for it — a row that renders empty is still a row, with the divider and padding every other setting has.

Returns: boolean — Whether at least one declared warning conflict holds.
