Puts Obsidian’s modules and the Node builtins beside whatever the consumer’s own external option names.

Parameters:

Parameter	Type	Description
external	ExternalLike | undefined	The consumer’s external option.

Returns: CombinedExternalFunction — A function form of external that keeps both.
