buildContext	ObsidianPluginBuildContext	The build context.
cacheFolder	string	Parcel's cache folder. Named explicitly because parcel otherwise takes the folder of the nearest lockfile for the project root, which in a workspace is not the plugin's.
configPath	string	The generated .parcelrc.
