Mock of Obsidian’s TagValue, the Bases value wrapping a tag.

Class Description

TagValue Mock of Obsidian’s TagValue: a string value holding a tag. The constructor OVERWRITES the wrapped text with its #-prefixed form, as Obsidian’s does, so new TagValue('alpha').toString() is #alpha and new TagValue('alpha').equals(new TagValue('#alpha')) is true. Only the construction hooks still see the text as it was passed in, because Obsidian hands the raw text to super and normalizes afterwards.
